About Ben's BS

Cooking has been a lifelong passion of mine. After graduating from university I decided to venture into the culinary world and began working in restaurants as a cook. I quickly worked my way into kitchen manager roles, learning valuable skills and life lessons. Fast forward to the present and a world pandemic and I found myself in a position to evaluate life and where I was headed professionally. After plenty of time to tweak and perfect eight flavours of BS, and with the support of my awesome partner Meghan, I decided to venture into selling my sauce. It has been a fun and crazy beginning and there's plenty more to come. The picture below is of my two boys. They are the added motivation and unlimited source of energy that I use to keep me pushing to make Ben's BS the go-to sauces for people who love to cook, bbq, or smoke.
